The High Season: Capturing Cowboy Life at Full Gallop

The High Season: Capturing Cowboy Life at Full Gallop

There’s a stretch of summer in Longview, Alberta when the land breathes heat and motion. The cattle are restless. The horses are sharp. The work is constant — and it shapes every wrinkle of a cowboy’s day.

The High Season is my way of preserving that rhythm.

This newest installment in the Cowboy Life in Motion series includes 6 new poster prints and a full set of canvas editions — each one built from the dust, fire, and light of the Alberta range.

These are not scenes recreated — they’re moments remembered.

From the iron pressed into hide to the dusk camp stillness, these illustrations are designed to “hold space” — not just for the cowboy life, but for the stillness it teaches.
